Looking at purchasing an older 6x4 gator - W006x4x025411.Any idea what year this one is? Thanks so much!!!!Congratulations on your purchase. My first experience with a Gator was a 4x6 many years ago. It was all boring - just delivering hay to horse pens on flat dry ground - but I've heard they are quite capable in the mire! I have 'Model = 6X4 Gator; Year = 1997; SN Range = W006X4X0022449 - 029012'.

I cannot find the serial# on the John Deere website, or google search, etc. W004X2X050844 I know it's a gator 4x2, just need to know what year and model, should I need parts. I am pretty sure that my list has an extra '0' after the '6X4X' as there are too many digits and it doesn't match with the rest of my list. So I think it's safe to say you have a 1997. - Steve in sunny, cool CO. I'm having the same issue here.
